Stuck in terrain and unable to move
You can use [ESC - Help - Reset] to teleport to a normal location.
Real-time server transfer notice: Unclaimed equipment exists
You can use [ESC - Account Service - Regional Lost Resources] to claim resource piles from non-accessible Regions, or use [Resource Site Index] to visit Fiefs where equipment remains unclaimed.
Abnormal in-game brightness
You can adjust the brightness using [Settings - Graphics - Gamma]. If the problem persists, check the [Settings - Graphics - Super Sampling] option. Certain Super Sampling settings may affect visuals; please choose the level that best suits your needs.
Battlefield point notifications appear too frequently
You can adjust or hide the notifications by navigating to [Settings - UI - In-match Battlefield Point Display].
UI information displays incorrectly or nothing is shown
Please completely exit the game, then use the Update/Verify Integrity option to obtain the latest client version to restore normal functionality.
Draw or purchased items not added to Inventory
If your Inventory is full, any new items will be sent via in-game mail. Please claim them promptly to avoid losing items.
